알츠하이머 환자 유래 크기와 조성이 균일한 신경 및 성상세포 3차원 스페로이드, 이의 제조 방법, 및 이를 이용한 약물 스크리닝 방법 및 키트

본 발명은 iPSC-NPC (induced pluripotent stem cell-neural progenitor cell)를 NPC 배지에서 배양하는 단계; 상기 배양된 세포를 NDM (neuronal differentiation medium)에서 배양하는 단계; 및 상기 배양된 세포를 GDM (glial differentiation medium)에서 배양하는 단계를 포함하는, 신경세포 및 성상세포를 포함하는 스페로이드의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법으로 제조된 스페로이드는 in vitro 배양 3주 후에 요망하는 표지를 발현하는 성숙 신경세포 및 성상세포를 함유하고, 균일한 크기를 갖기 때문에 약물 효능을 확인하기 위한 간단한 시각적 스크리닝에 이용될 수 있다.
